Job Description:
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:
• Driving service conversions by engaging with walk-ins, leads, and existing customers.
• Upselling and cross selling services tailored to individual customer profiles and needs
• Collaborating closesly with service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Monitoring revenue performance and executing actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
• Boosting footfall and visibility through strategic initiatives and community engagement
The Successful Candidate:
• A results oriented individual with strong services sales experience, preferrably from spa, wellness, hospitality or similar service driven industries
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience handling high footfall locations
