SALES PERSONNEL
- Identifying and develop relationships with potential clients in the corporate and travel trade companies to generate business for our hotel partners.
- Data mining for new target customers
- Generate MICE & FIT queries and business for our hotel partners
- Engage and network with hotels and clients
- Reviews and performance reports to be maintained and tracked.
Criteria for Applying
- Candidates with an experience of having worked in Hotel Sales (Unit / Regional Sales) in Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Should have existing relationships with clients in Corporate and TA market.
- Thorough Knowledge of using software applications like MS Office and Internet tools
- Immediate recruitment for the selected candidate/s.

OPERATIONS & RESERVATIONS STAFF
Job Description
- Handling queries from clients for hotel requirements
- Follow up on leads generated to convert them into business for our hotel partners
- Coordinate and lease with hotels for processing queries
- Process transactions
- Preparing performance reports
- Researching and Maintaining database
Criteria for Applying

REVENUE MANAGEMENT
Job Description
- Onboarding and Set Up of hotels on to the OTAs and Interfacing with the Channel Manager / PMS
- Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
- Act as an overall business development from Online Channels for the hotel manager/owner.
- Challenge and influence hotels to improve service levels and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the OTA Market Managers
- Maintain strong and cooperative relationships with the hotel team
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting and conduct reviews for hotel leadership team
Criteria for Applying
- Candidates who have knowledge of working on all key OTA extranets, all Channel Managers such as Axis Rooms, Rate Tiger, SiteMinder, STAAH, Hotelogix and others similar software tools.
- In addition, they should have excellent analytical skills to prepare budgets, reports and presentations using available softwares and MS Office.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer / client handling skills
- Compensation will be as per market standards and will also include performance linked incentives
- Position is based in Mumbai / Bangalore and option of Hybrid is also available.
DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description
- Content creation for Google, Social Media and related marketing platforms
- Graphic Designing using appropriate softwares
- Experience in using CMS platforms and marketing automation solutions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels for lead generation
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
