What will be your responsibility
Sales Operations: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the decision-making process and driving closure. Provide consultation on the services we offer.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in high ticket sales, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in a leadership role, with strong team management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights. (Proficiency in Excel is preferable)
Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Looking for someone with
Basic knowledge of Excel/MS Office and. Google Sheets is required.
Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and effectively guide clients through decision-making processes.
Proven experience in identifying and solving problems, particularly within a sales funnel.
Ability to interface effectively with multiple service professionals, providing solutions and addressing concerns
