Job Title: Sales Manager for Cosmetics and Personal Care Ingredients
At Confiance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the West region of India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. You will be comfortable working in a remote setting and have excellent communication skills to build relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales of personal care ingredients in the West region of India.
• Identify market opportunities and find new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Coordinate with the R&D team to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Deliver on customer requirements within set time and cost constraints.
• Report on sales performance, projects in the pipeline, and customer feedback.
• Provide technical support to clients in the West region and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales and Marketing desirable.
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
• Strong knowledge of the West Indian market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
