Job Description: As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Urban Naps, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts for our innovative sleeping pod product. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from lead generation to managing client relationships and devising effective marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and cold outreach to potential clients.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and clients.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Communication with Different Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Urban Naps' sleeping pods, including online and offline initiatives, to reach the target audience effectively.
• Sales Strategy: Devise sales strategies to maximize product penetration in the market, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channels.
• Corporate Sales: Identify and engage with corporate clients to pitch the benefits of Urban Naps' sleeping pods for their employees' well-being and productivity.
• B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales: Cultivate relationships with B2B clients, such as hotels, co-working spaces, and airports, to drive sales through bulk purchases and partnerships.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the corporate sales or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: INR 15,000 Per Month plus incentives based on performance and sales targets achieved.
