Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales - Mechanical Engineering professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Sales - Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our mechanical engineering solutions to clients in the Hyderabad area. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for growth and advancement.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by providing mechanical engineering solutions to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive edge
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to the management team
