Capability to prepare and monitor the delivery schedule, ensuring timely shipments to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain effective communication with vendors to facilitate smooth purchase operations.

Manage vendor data and ensure its accuracy for seamless procurement processes.

Prepare and manage various client-related documents, ensuring precision and timely updates.

Act as the main point of contact for client coordination, handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Draft and handle email responses to clients, ensuring clarity and timeliness in communication.

Prepare delivery schedules for clients and ensure timely and correct delivery of services and products.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment in operational execution and vendor management.
