What You’ll Do
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Sales Coordinator at our Calmont Equipment location Bobcat Calgary, AB.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts. Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Tracking and printing concession payments
Provide reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
Coordinate and prepare deliveries and damage claims for new equipment received.
Create purchase orders and match to invoices when received.
Assign stock numbers.
Track new and used stock and verify locations.
Perform periodic internal inventory count.
Conduct final audit of files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc.
Update websites as required.
Picking up and delivering equipment as required.
Keeping unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all equipment is locked.
Administration of sales files.
Data base administration.
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED.
CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
Completion of a post-secondary program preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and related experience).
Minimum two (2) years of experience in equipment dealership operations
Ability to use standard computer desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet Applications.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
