Job Title: Salesforce Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the evolution and optimization of our Salesforce environment to support business objectives and enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data governance, security standards, and compliance.
• Optimize existing processes and automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Perform unit testing and system testing, and support UAT phases.
• Manage and support ongoing system maintenance, bug fixes, and user support.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of Salesforce development and engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs), middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and AppExchange solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and role hierarchy.
• Proficient in DevOps processes, CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Integration Architect, etc., are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean and scalable code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI/Einstein features.
• Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Financial Services, Health Cloud).
