Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media candidate to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our overall revenue. You will be working closely with Editorial, Marketing, Product, team. You will be responsible to Build and manage the overall Social Media(YouTube, Facebook etc) Revenue strategy.. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our businesses’ views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of Revenue and engagement.

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media channels & pages
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Derive insights from YouTube Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and other social platforms, and measure impact on engagement and revenue
• Work with various internal stakeholders like the product, Content, marketing team to achieve the end goals.
• Bring a fresh perspective, ideating to identify disruptive new ideas that can drive our business forward
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple demands
• Collaborate with other teams, like Editorial, Marketing and product to ensure brand consistency & to ensure delivery of successful content on SM platforms
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Analyze and interpret data using a variety of social media tools, secondary research, digital analytics platforms, and other related tools
• Convert data into actionable insights
• Create and visualize analysis concepts and models in the report
