Assists with conference room bookings, processing meal function requisitions for Dietary Department, Environmental Services for room set up, scheduling requested equipment with the Maintenance Department
Mails forms, reference inquiries to schools and previous affiliations, sets up candidate file with control form to record chronological application status
Copies, collates and distributes a variety of correspondence
Assists with maintaining attendance records and recording continuing education credits for attendance at rounds and committee meetings
Sorts and files miscellaneous correspondence on a daily basis
May do some typing of forms, correspondence, etc
Supports activities of Administrative Assistant and Medical Staff Coordinator
Performs other duties as required or assigned

Position Summary

This is a part-time position

Responsibilities
• Answers and screens telephone calls. Responsible for conveying messages to appropriate people and departments, and furnishes information and assistance as appropriate.
• Assists with conference room bookings, processing meal function requisitions for Dietary Department, Environmental Services for room set up, scheduling requested equipment with the Maintenance Department.
