DescriptionDue to company expansion, we are seeking an assistant property manager that holds a valid real estate license, to assisst in our day to day operations managing various office and industrial properties in the GTA.
The successful candidate with have a salary plus commission on leasing and adding listings to our new real estate brokerage.
36k to start plus commission on leasing our corporately owned properties as well as 3rd party.

Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be integral in supporting the daily operations of property management while ensuring exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, your role will involve utilizing core skills in property management and customer relations, alongside and administrative tasks.
You will be also participate in learning and leasing commercial real estate endeavours including lease and offer preparations, and seeking out new investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of property operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
Assist in handling administrative duties, including filing and maintaining records.
Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and negotiation with senior management.
Support sales initiatives to enhance property occupancy and revenue.
Maintain phone etiquette while addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.
Show space for lease in the GTA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
