Senior Accountant

Title: Senior Accountant Company: Signoria Creation Limited Location: Jaipur-302020 (Rajasthan) Type: Full-time Description: Signoria Creation Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights to support our financial decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports. Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management. Assist with external audits and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA designation preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a senior-level role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in the Garment industry is preferred but not required.
