Ongoing, full-time Clerk Grade 11/12 role.
Package includes salary range of $13+,787 to $161,663 per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Location: this role is based at South Coast Correctional Centre (55 The Links Road, NOWRA).
About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and suitably qualified finance professional to join the management team at South Coast Correctional Centre. Your proven skills and experience will help you leverage strategic financial management, ensure effective governance in centre processes, and provide astute advice to senior management. Your exceptional leadership skills will be highlighted in overseeing a team in providing financial management functions, administrative services and high-quality customer service. There is opportunity for involvement in community liaison and collaboration across three levels of government to optimise business outcomes. There’s big opportunity here to make the role your own.

About you

You have a wealth of finance, accounting and business experience, including monitoring and reporting on finance performance, analysing results and drivers and providing recommendations to help meet business objectives.
Your strong analysis and evaluation skills enable you to provide expert support and advice to senior management.
You have an agility that helps you manage and contribute to projects, whilst also balancing day-to-day and long-term deliverables.
You value collaboration and building and maintaining effective stakeholder relations across all areas of the business and within the community.
Your ability to positively lead and influence others is innate, you are comfortable challenging the status quo and can be a strong advocate for the work of the team.
Relevant tertiary qualification/s and membership to a professional body is desired, but not essential.
Ability to travel when required.

Valid drivers’ licence and capacity to travel within NSW.
