Senior Designer | Berlei | Pyrmont

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of Berlei’s product innovation – translating seasonal trends and customer insights into on-brand, commercially successful collections. Working closely with the Head of Berlei, Merchandising, Technical and Sourcing teams, you’ll drive range development from concept to store, ensuring every product delivers on style, fit, and function.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design of seasonal ranges, colour palettes and product innovation.
Conduct global trend and market research to influence design direction.
Own the full product lifecycle – from tech packs and sampling to fit and sign-off.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to deliver ranges to brief, on budget, and on time.
Support sustainability goals through responsible material sourcing and design.
Contribute to range strategy, price architecture, and margin targets.
Champion continuous improvement and creative thinking in all you do.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Fashion & Textile Design or a related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in fashion/apparel design (intimates highly desirable).
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and CAD design skills.
Strong commercial acumen with an eye for trend, customer, and innovation.
Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for creating purpose-driven products that empower women.
