Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer who can lead the front-end development of modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React.js development, content structuring, and deployment of React-based web projects across environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of scalable, responsive web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to build seamless user interfaces.
- Structure and manage website content efficiently for dynamic content-heavy platforms.
- Own the full deployment lifecycle of React.js applications (build, test, release).
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate with APIs and third-party services.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure SEO-friendly and accessible front-end content structures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill development.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, etc.)
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and responsive design
- Experience with React Router, Redux, or any state management library
- Familiarity with Headless CMS, Markdown, or dynamic content rendering
- Hands-on experience in deploying web apps on Netlify, Vercel, AWS, or Firebase
- Proficiency with tools like Webpack, Babel, Git, NPM/Yarn
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and production debugging
- Experience with Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Next.js or other SSR frameworks
- Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Understanding of SEO optimization for SPAs
- Experience with Unit Testing / Jest / React Testing Library
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in Front-End Development or React.js are a plus.

- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
