Job Title: Senior Event Planner
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
About the Role:
ConnectX Events is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Event Planner who lives and breathes weddings. If youre someone who can turn Pinterest dreams into real-life magic, juggle multiple events, and lead with creativity and calm we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage high-end weddings and social events from concept to execution
Liaise with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for flawless execution
Create detailed timelines, moodboards, and production plans
Supervise on-ground event execution and troubleshoot in real time
Lead junior planners and interns on assigned projects
Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the planning journey
Requirements:
36 years of event planning experience (wedding industry preferred)
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-handling abilities
Creative eye with attention to detail
Based in Mumbai and available to work from office (Andheri West)
Willing to work Monday to Saturday and travel for events
