Event Planning Manager
We are seeking an experienced event planning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, including managing event logistics, developing timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and formats.

• Outreach and Partnership Building:
• Establish partnerships with event companies, industry associations, and governmental organizations to enhance event visibility and impact.
• Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing collaboration and support.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI and event management.
• Implement innovative approaches to enhance event quality and impact.
• Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future event planning strategies.
