Purpose of the role:
The candidate will be responsible for hiring, talent management, and overall HR execution for the department. The role involves hiring for various roles across SEO, Content, Tech, MarTech, and Digital Transformation. The candidate will be required to collaborate closely with the department's leadership team and deliver results promptly and efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Work closely with the department's leadership team to understand their hiring needs and develop a hiring plan accordingly.
• Develop job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offering negotiation and onboarding.
• Work with the department's leadership team to develop talent management strategies, including performance management, employee engagement, employee retention, and career development.
• Collect feedback on employee experience and work with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates, to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
