Job Summary:
The Senior Global Benefits Administrator supports the Firm’s global benefit and payroll processes through detailed knowledge of the end-to-end processes, thorough audits of those processes and the associated data, and follow-through in resolution and process improvement. This position requires a high attention to detail, strong technical and mathematical aptitude, and self-motivation.

People:
Create a positive team experience.
Client:
Reviews and reconciles weekly benefit vendor interface files to ensure timely transmission and proper archival. Coordinates with Benefits team members or HRIS team to resolve issues found.
Supports the Global Benefits team during Open Enrollment through necessary audits and testing prior to and after Open Enrollment
Supports the Global Payroll team during Year-End through necessary audits and testing
Partners closely with internal partners to identify process improvements and resolve identified issues upstream or downstream in the process
Exemplifies customer service orientation and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Value:
Possesses a strong working knowledge of the Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) and of the data housed therein.
Executes timely and thorough ongoing audits with resulting audit summaries and process assessments.
Assesses areas of risk based on team feedback and trends found in the data and executes ad-hoc audits, as needed.
Assists with all HRIS testing of system updates, bug fixes, or system enhancements.
Compliance and Reporting:
Prepares routine and ad-hoc reporting as requested by management.
Maintains awareness of federal, state, and local benefit and payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Other areas:
Maintains and recommends improvements to processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of benefits program administration.
Participates on committees, special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required; two to four years general human resources and/or benefits or payroll administration experience required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRMS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
50+ hour standard workweek requirement.
Standard indoor working environment.
Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm.
