The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

● Design course materials for LMSL courses independently, including infographics, editorial designs like worksheets, and research materials
● Create advertising materials in line with corporate design guidelines (templates, ads, images, site icons, document covers, etc.).
● Design marketing communication materials for social media, website, and PowerPoint presentations.
● Conceptualize and produce creative content for websites as requested.
● Support senior graphic designers and collaborate on new design projects.
● Develop innovative designs that enhance the brand’s visual identity.
● Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.
● Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
● Participate in pitching and presenting.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

We expect you to:

● Have 3 to 5 years experience in the Creative Industry
● Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
● Have experience in Advertising or Digital Agency
● Be proficient in all Adobe Suite softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
● Be exceptional creativity and innovation with a strong portfolio
● Prepare drafts and pitch in great ideas
● Have accuracy and attention to detail
● Have a strong eye for visual composition
● Have excellent time management and organizational skills
● Be able work independently
● Be fluent in english
● (Not mandatory but great to have) Experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
