Position: Sr. Software Engineer

Location: GHQ - Midtown ATL - T-Thurs in office

(Start search in ATL - relocation is an option if we need to open the search)

Duration: Permanent/Full Time

MUST HAVES:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Java and Springboot
• Any modern java version (team operates on Java 17)
• Experience working with Cloud platforms
• GCP preferred but Azure and AWS also acceptable
• Any prior work with Nodejs, typescript/java OR willingness to be ramped up in this area
• Experience using relational and/or non-relational databases
• SQL/NoSQL
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Experience working with event driven systems
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, such as microservices, serverless, and containers.

This retail client is looking for someone help develop their Cloud Platform that will serve each of the following major industries – Financial Services, Retail and Hospitality. This individual will build and expand the services powering the API ecosystem.
