Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking accurate messages.
• Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (18+ months).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Litigation & Contract Support
• Provide administrative support related to contract management and litigation preparation.

• Coordinate documentation requests and case materials with attorneys or external parties when necessary.
