We are an independent, non-religious service provider which supports people to live life their way.
As part of The Benevolent Society's vision, we are strongly committed to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Coach and Support Child and Family Practitioners in performing their role in this program; assisting them in preparation for visits and delivery of the service, especially with the management of more complex cases, including support at visits, meetings, and to resolve more challenging situations
Support the leadership team with program and process development, review and implementation
Provide high quality strength based early intervention to families with a range of complex needs.
Attend review meetings, case conferences, worker meeting and consultation meetings and ensure appropriate documentation is kept
Ability and desire to step up to coordinate and manage the team in the absence of your Team Leader
