Designation: Senior Sales Associate
Office Location: Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai (near Powai)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 day work week)
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury lifestyle products.
Compensation on offer: 10 to 15 LPA (depending on relevant experience, last drawn compensation & interview performance).
Candidate Location: Mumbai candidates only
Role Summary:
Our client company is looking to hire a high-impact Senior Sales Associate for our client’s luxury construction materials company, who excels in building relationships with elite clientele and has a proven track record in closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail / wholesale industries - demonstrating exceptional business development, negotiation, and client management skills. They will be responsible for driving B2B sales through partnerships with architects, interior designers, and HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high client satisfaction. The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company to industry professionals and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Build enduring relationships with B2B partners like Architects and Interior Designers.
• Develop a continuous lead funnel through proactive business development activities.
• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities by positioning the brand as a leader in luxury construction materials.
Client Engagement:
• Meet HNI and UHNI (prospective and existing) clients to understand their requirements, suggest the right natural stones, and close the deal.
• Take full ownership of leads (generated through B2B partners or Marketing channels) from the first touchpoint to closure, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Present and represent the brand at luxury trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Deal Closure & Coordination:
• Liaison with the B2B partners to close the deals.
• Work closely with internal teams like Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting:
• Track and review actual sales results and match them against set business targets.
• Analyse periodic reports to understand market trends and develop strategic recommendations.
• Regularly update the management on market insights and sales performance.
Continuous Learning & Development:
• Continuously acquire and update understanding of industry dynamics and consumer buying behavior.
• Periodic self-training to refine communication, negotiation, and sales skills, aimed at engaging India’s Fortune 500 families and elite client segment.
What Skills Are We Looking For?
• An uncompromising passion for customer service.
• Proven ability to engage and manage HNI and UHNI clients.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury industry.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-profile clientele.
• Analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
Who Qualifies?
• Master’s Degree in Management or allied fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Luxury Sales, with a proven record of managing HNI clients.
• Previous experience working in a luxury lifestyle product segment is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in handling B2B/B2C sales and strategic partnerships.
