As a Sr. SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve website rankings, and increase brand visibility. You will lead a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve staying updated with the latest SEO trends, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring website performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure the effective execution of SEO tactics.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for website optimization, considering search volume, competitiveness, and relevancy.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and track key metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices, and proactively recommend adjustments to strategies to align with changing search engine algorithms.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to identify technical SEO issues, provide recommendations for improvements, and oversee the implementation of necessary changes.
• Develop and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with other marketing channels, such as paid search, social media, and content marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8 years in SEO, with a track record of successful organic traffic growth and website optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, providing guidance, and driving results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and website development principles is preferred.
• Certification in SEO or related digital marketing fields is a plus
