Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer with 3-6 years of expertise in Cloud Computing to join our team. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to IT Service Management (ITSM) and reporting for our INB servers. Your role will involve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard publishing to our customers. Responsibilities: - Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards for ITSM, highlighting ticketing trend analysis and health dashboards for INB servers. - Track and maintain complete report tracking for all INB reports and publish dashboards to customers. - Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly presentations on complete INB operations. - Track and manage incidents, changes, and problems using BMC tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting purposes. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and ITSM practices. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably in a similar role. - Strong knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and reporting. - Proficiency in using reporting tools and platforms. - Familiarity with BMC tool or similar incident/change/problem tracking systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Cloud computing certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) would be a plus.
