We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer - Automation to join our team at ApTask.
In this role, you will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge automation tools and technologies using Python, and collaborating with recruiters to understand their workflows and develop automation solutions.
About the Role:
• Leading Automation Projects: Develop and implement cutting-edge automation tools and technologies using Python, and lead a team to achieve automation goals.
• Automating Recruitment Processes: Identify and automate repetitive tasks for recruiters, such as sourcing candidates from various platforms and enriching contact details.
• Process Optimization: Automate recruitment, onboarding, and human resources processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• Education: Fresh graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
