Role and Responsibilities
• Developing a revolutionary finance marketplace product that includes design, user experience, and business logic to ensure the product is easy to use, appealing, and effective.
• Ensure that the implementation adheres to defined specs and processes in the PRD
• Own end-to-end quality of deliverables during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Work with managers, leads and peers to come up with implementation options
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business need
• Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation within the team.
• Design and develop the pod’s software components and systems.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes, driving adoption to ensure high-quality products.
Requirements
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience who excels at both frontend (React + React Native) and backend (Node.js or equivalent) development. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web and mobile applications. This role requires a solid understanding of end-to-end application development and a passion for solving real-world problems through technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain scalable web (React) and mobile (React Native) applications.
• Design and implement robust RESTful / GraphQL APIs and backend services using Node.js (or similar).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Handle database design, schema management, and efficient querying (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Implement secure authentication, session management, and API security (JWT/OAuth2).
• Lead feature delivery end-to-end from design to production deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
• Frontend :
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, with strong hands-on in React and React Native
• Solid grasp of component-based architecture, Redux / Context API, and React Hooks
• Experience with mobile app deployment (Play Store / App Store)
• Backend :
• Strong experience in Node.js with Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks
• Experience with building APIs and handling integrations (e.g. payment gateways, third-party services)
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• DevOps & Tools :
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker basics
• Experience with version control, testing tools, and monitoring is a plus
• Good understanding of REST , GraphQL , and authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
