Senior Software Engineer - Lead Asset Manager
I am currently partnering with a prestigious global Asset Manager to recruit an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their Cloud Security team in London/ or Manchester.
About the opportunity
My client is a major player in the financial services sector, managing significant assets for clients worldwide. They are expanding their cybersecurity capabilities in Europe and seeking talented engineers to join their growing team.
This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical security systems that protect sensitive financial data and customer assets. You'll be working in a collaborative environment with modern cloud technologies.
Key responsibilities
• Design and develop robust cloud-based security services
• Implement advanced authentication solutions
• Create integrations with industry-standard identity providers
• Develop systems to prevent unauthorized access attempts
• Optimise cloud infrastructure for security and performance
• Collaborate with global technical teams
Required skills & experience
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and services
• Strong coding abilities in TypeScript and Python
• Frontend development experience
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles
• Experience with microservices and API development
• Excellent communication skills
