Detailed Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

SUPERVISING STAFF PERFORMANCE AND DELEGATING TASKS EFFICIENTLY: Monitor staff work performance, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.
LIAISING WITH PROJECT MANAGERS: Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution, addressing any issues that may arise.
ADDRESSING AND RESOLVING ISSUES PROMPTLY: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to the team and the business.
ENSURING SPACE, EQUIPMENT, AND HUMAN RESOURCES ARE PROPERLY ALLOCATED AND MAINTAINED: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of office resources, including space, equipment, and personnel.
DETERMINING OFFICE PRIORITIES AND SERVICE STANDARDS: Set priorities and standards for office services, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
REVIEWING AND PLANNING OFFICE SERVICES: Regularly review and plan office services to ensure they meet the needs of the business and its stakeholders.
ENSURING STAFF COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS: Ensure staff adhere to company policies, government regulations, and OHS requirements.
HANDLING AND MAINTAINING OFFICE RECORDS AND ACCOUNTS: Manage office records and accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
ORGANIZING HIRING PROCEDURES AND PERFORMANCE REVIEWS: Develop and implement effective hiring procedures and performance review processes.
OVERSEEING TRAINING AND SUPERVISION: Provide guidance and support to staff, including training and supervision to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
ADMINISTERING PAYROLL: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
