Senior/Principal Software Engineer

An innovative software consultancy is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to join their team working on a greenfield project with a tier-one investment bank. This opportunity will place you at the start of the discovery phase, allowing you to shape the project's architecture and direction.

Responsibilities
• Take part in the discovery phase of a significant project with a tier-one investment bank.
• Influence the direction and architecture of the project.
• Make important technical decisions.
• Play a key role in expanding the team.

Experience needed
• Solid Kotlin or Java experience (7+ years)
• Previous experience working with investment banking trade data
• Strong experience creating data/ETL pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing tools
• Proven track record building data warehouse systems with large data sets
