Service Manager - Lead the Future of Care with a UK Charity!

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £43,25+ per annum (DOE)

Hours: 35 per week

What You’ll Do
• Inspire and Lead: Manage a talented team, providing hands-on guidance while maintaining top-tier care and regulatory compliance.
• Shape the Future: Lead recruitment, staff development, and training, ensuring everyone thrives in a supportive, high-performance environment.
• Be a Changemaker: Identify and develop new growth opportunities, promoting services that truly make an impact.
• Empower Lives: Ensure every service user has a tailored care plan that supports their independence, goals, and ambitions.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe, welcoming environment, upholding health and safety standards.
• Drive Excellence: Oversee budgets, resources, and continuous service improvement through audits and quality checks.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven leadership experience in a care environment.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and budgets with confidence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
• QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of care regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience managing a registered service.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Skills
• Clinical registration (a bonus, not essential).
• Experience in the independent healthcare sector.
• Degree in Health or Social Care.
