Service Now Developers / Senior Developers

We are seeking experienced Service Now Developers / Senior Developers to design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to lead implementations from start to finish.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/ customization of at least two Service Now modules like ITSM , ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITAM, App Engine etc.
• Implement technology specific best practices and standards.
• Evaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Perform and participate in product road map planning.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.

NOTE : Minimum 1 End to End implementation mandatory ( other than ITSM)

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• A strong background of Service Now development.
• Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
• Candidates from Pune location Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any bachelor degree with certification on the required software and tools required for the job.

Experience Required: 3–6 years
