Job Title: Service Technician
Ventora, a leading manufacturer of building products, is seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at Trend Windows & Doors in Ormeau. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
About the Role:
Provide site services and installation for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Adhere to all safety and building compliance work practices, maintaining a safe working environment.
Develop problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and effective communication to deliver results.
Requirements:
Professional presentation and ability to meet commitments.
Experience in glazing or a similar position within the window industry (advantageous).
Valid driver's license and white card (mandatory).
Motivated individual capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
