Job Description:

Job Title:- Events Marketing Specialist

Location:- Bangalore (WFO)

Responsibilities:
• Host / moderate offline & online events, and deliver presentations (must-have)
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online and offline events, focusing on attendee acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at events
• Create engaging content for event landing pages, emails, and promotional materials to drive registration and attendance.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site support.
• Oversee the registration process for online and offline events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for attendees.
• Actively promote events through various channels to maximize registration numbers, including email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Design and optimize event registration processes and forms to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure timely delivery of materials and logistics for both online and offline events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of events into the overall marketing strategy.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine event strategies and improve ROI.
• Maintain event portals and listings on relevant platforms to increase visibility and attract attendees.
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
• Create and maintain event documents, including agendas, speaker bios, and presentation materials.
• Monitor event performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and email marketing, sharing insights with the team regularly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management and/or marketing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully driving registration and attendance for online and offline events.
• Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in event marketing compliance
