Social Media Coordinator

The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.

Responsibilities

1- Research target audience and discover current trends

2- Create engaging text, video, and image content

3- Develop optimal posting schedule

4- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

5- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

6- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)

7- Do collaborations with Influencers and Bloggers and build Influencer Marketing Strategy.

8- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

+- Communicate with Customers over Social Media platforms, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

10- Understand the Customer requirements and escalate to Support team accordingly.

11- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

12- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

13- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media (Reel trends, YouTube Short videos) design tools and applications.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience as a social media coordinator
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Between 2.40 - 3 lacs per annum
