Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with company goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing strategies including digital, print, and social media campaigns.
Oversee content marketing efforts by creating engaging copy, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Manage social media marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
Utilize SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Coordinate advertising sales efforts by developing compelling proposals and managing relationships with media partners to maximize reach.
Drive performance marketing campaigns through Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other paid channels to optimize ROI.
Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms like WordPress-based websites, ensuring seamless user experience with HTML updates when necessary.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
Manage budgets effectively while tracking campaign costs and performance metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating or overseeing visual content.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of HTML fundamentals and WordPress platform management for website updates and content management.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
Ability to analyze data effectively to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with an eye for detail; capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
