About The Role
At Statiq, as an Associate Software Delivery Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving high-quality software releases, optimizing team performance, and ensuring our tech efforts are always aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful software solutions in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end software delivery cycles, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a bridge between development teams and product owners to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Identify roadblocks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and maintain transparency through tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Champion Agile best practices and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Monitor sprint metrics to identify blockers and improve delivery efficiency.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• 2+ years of experience in Agile software delivery, project management, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with technical teams and product stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving tech environment with a solution-first mindset.
