The mission for the role is to develop new products and to manage and to enhance the existing products by:
1. Building tech stack that is flexible and scalable
2. Building credibility through the tech innovations
Primary Outcomes -
• Delivering developments as per the defined product requirements in the agreed upon time.
• Developing solutions as shared in product requirement documents by making the delivery of the solutions error/bug free.
• By understanding client requirements, propose and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Also, these solutions should be translated into features.
• Quickly executing POCs as per the business requirements with the minimal efforts.
• Planning and building tech docs and assets for the business so that they are consumable for the new joinees and other team members.
• Proposing and developing tech innovations in the form of features, products etc. in order to help in finding new revenue channels for the business
