Information Technology (IT) acts as an internal function the developing, running, and maintaining of the IT systems and platforms Nokia is running on. Develops and maintains applications to meet the business needs of the organisation. Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.

Subfamily Description

IT Architecture (IAM) comprises the definition and management of enterprise architecture (including solution, security, process & information, and integration architecture), which aligns with and supports Nokia's business strategy, mode of operation, and business needs.

Responsibilities
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and translates detailed business requirements provided by the solution owner into implementable solution including specific technical requirements
• Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design.
• Determines the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture and technology understanding
• Contributes to cost and benefit analysis.
• Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation. Ensures technical integrity, consistency and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle.
• Solves highly complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.
• Defines and documents detailed solution architectural and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations.
• Anticipates internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives improvements that create competitive advantage.
• Provides guidance on projects solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality and efficiency based on experience.
• May be assigned to a particular project or program to ensure technical / architectural integrity and consistency of the solution.

Required Skills

Required:
• Experience in integrating HR tools (ideally, Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management) with other platforms.
• Has created and managed integrations that have handled large amount of data

Good to Have:
• Experience of Oracle Cloud Applications/Oracle Fusion SaaS apps, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM
• Has working knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM modules: Global HR (including but not limited to Flexible working, Absence, Global Mobility, Exit Management, ESS/MSS, Onboarding, Foundation, Certificates), Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, etc.
• Has knowledge of the backend of Oracle Cloud HCM i.e. familiar with Oracle Cloud HCM tables and Views
• Comfortable with extracting data from Oracle Cloud HCM using HCM Extracts and BIP reports. Using BICC would be a plus.
• Has worked with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• RedWood, VBS (Visual Builder Studio), HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, Auto Complete Rules would be a plus.

Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. Can develop and implement recommendations. Managerial/Supervisory: Direct supervisory responsibilities for people. Typically first level (and lowest level) of solid line management. Carries out variety of complex activities according to plan within broader area of responsibility, analyses problems. Decision-making typically according to established solutions.

Accepts responsibility for and demonstrates support for delegated decisions. Requires minimum supervision. Uses non standard approaches to resolving issues. Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation. Demonstrates initiative & adaptability to changing business environments. Is willing to take on new roles or jobs appropriate to skill set in different environments and/or locations.

Communication

Works to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with functional leadership regarding team & technical matters. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Has cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset

Knowledge & Experience

Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
