With an exciting vision to transform our corner into a "petit coin de Paris," including authentic French décor and a vibrant ambiance, we’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help us bring our vision to life.

About the Role:
As our Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen's daily operations, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality French cuisine. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about classic French cooking techniques, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About You:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally in French or European cuisine.
Strong understanding of French culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team.
Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
