Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Sales Executive at CLS EVENT AND PUBLICATION. The role will involve identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential sponsors, and meeting sales targets. Some work from home is acceptable, with the role primarily located in Gurugram. CLS Event is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have 1 year of experience in sponsorship or B2B sales and are passionate about building relationships with leading brands in the healthcare and medical space, this is your opportunity to grow with a global event company.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify and Approach Potential Sponsors: Research and reach out to pharmaceutical companies, medical device firms, hospitals, and healthcare brands.
• Create Sponsorship Proposals: Develop tailored, impactful sponsorship packages to align with client goals.
• Sales Outreach & Lead Management: Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate and manage sponsorship leads.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Engage senior decision-makers to finalize sponsorships for our international medical events.
• Build Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential sponsors.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and event teams to deliver exceptional sponsor experiences.
• ???? What We’re Looking For:
• 1 year of sponsorship sales or B2B sales experience (healthcare or education sector preferred).
• Understanding of event sponsorship models and the ability to pitch value effectively.
• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus (network in healthcare industry is an added bonus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
