Job Description:
· 3-4 Years of proven experience as a HR Executive.
· Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn,
Job Portals, and employee referrals.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Organize and maintain personnel records, update internal databases, Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Ensure Statutory and legal compliances.
· Grievance handling, Answer Employees queries about HR-related issues
· Maintains records in HRMS tool like Leave records Attendance.
· To prepare Payroll, administrating Salary & Wages of the employees
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
· Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e g turnover rates, Attrition, Absenteeism etc.,)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
