Our client base ranges from small- and mid-size property managers to Fortune 500 companies.
Provides generalist HR support across the employment lifecycle, partnering with the business in areas such as employment relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, or other special projects. May provide work direction or guidance regarding employment law or company policy to less experienced members of the human resources team. This position operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment and requires a high level of confidentiality
Job duties include:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a business partner to MRI’s regional leaders including the India country head and employees, assisting with questions covering policies, procedures, benefits and resolution of employee-related issues.
• Act as an advisor on complex people issues / challenges, across employment relations, compensation, change management etc.
• Responsible for bi-annual performance review process in India, including management of software tools, educating employees on processes, educating managers/leads on the Do’s and Don’t’s plus answering all queries/concerns during the performance management exercise, tracking progress, etc.
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, including but not limited to Diversity Analysis, Attrition & Retention, Onboarding, etc.
• Support the planning and execution of company engagement events in India with the collaboration of regional and global HR’s.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with the broader Talent Team to identify and implement improvements in our systems, processes and procedures.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of eight years’ of experience in a similar role providing generalist HR / People support to a business.
• Experience in interpreting employment law in MRI jurisdictions across India
• At least five years’ experience with a HRIS (Workday and/or ADP preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects with competing priorities.
• Experience working in the ‘technology’ sector, preferably PropTech
