Sr. IT Executive

An IT Executive for hardware and basic software is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. They typically handle tasks like installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as managing data security and backups.

Detailed Responsibilities:
• Hardware Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
• Managing hardware asset inventory.
• Overseeing hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Software Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and operating systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Managing software licenses and updates.
• Ensuring compliance with software policies and regulations.
• Technical Support:
• Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation.
• Providing training to users on new hardware and software.
• Data Security and Backup:
• Implementing and enforcing data security policies and procedures.
• Managing data backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitoring and addressing security threats.
• Network Management:
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Ensuring network security and performance.
• Participating in network planning and implementation.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Managing IT budgets and resources.
• Collaborating with external vendors for IT support and services.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Managing IT helpdesk tickets and tracking system performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
