Job Summary:
White-Force is seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
Main Responsibilities
Independently oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions using the mentioned technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or internal stakeholders, implementing timely solutions.
Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the development team.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
