Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Staff Accountant to join our client's team in Fallbrook. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience with accounting software. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, maintaining department budget and reducing expenses, and managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.
Responsibilities
• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal and external reporting.
• Support the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting.
• Provide analysis on financial results for trends and changes in company performance.
• Manage detailed journal entries and account reconciliations.
