We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scale-up in an Internal Comms Specialist position, on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is all about weaving Future Group’s purpose, mission and vision into every stage of the employee experience—so our people feel connected to our impact, our culture, and each other. Has end-to-end internal comms experience: you can design it, pitch it, and make it happen!
Has strong writing chops. From snappy Slack posts to All Hands, your words land.
Has a sixth sense for company culture. You understand what people are thinking and feeling and use that insight to guide your work.
Builds trust with leadership. You’ve got the confidence to step into the room, speak up, and influence at the top.
