As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and use a ladder
Experience

Previous experience in apparel retail is required. A minimum of 2 years experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining store standards.
Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a must.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$16.75 per hour
